Peeno Noir! Our ode to Titus Andromedon

My cousin Myra and I grew up together - she's basically like me and my siblings other sister.  She would spend almost every summer with us in So.Cal and it would just be a non-stop party and pure chaos (lol).  One time we persuaded my Dad to drive us to McDonalds just to buy the european version of the Britney Spears music video so we could learn the choreo.  Then, we'd perform the dance in front of our family.  Another great dance number we did was to the song "If I Had Words" from the movie Babe.  I'll save that for another time.

Since we were kids, we'd obsess over movies and TV shows and basically persuade our parents to purchase as much swag related to them as possible.  For example, we literally collected all of The Lion King trading cards.  Yes, you may have had baseball cards, but we had The Lion King version of that.  This obsession with swag related to movies and TV did not end with our childhood.  Oh no.  When we found out that Tituss Burgess (who plays the FABULOUS Titus Andromedon on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt) came out with his own line of Pinot Noir, based on his song "Peeno Noir" we obviously bought some bottles...like 6 bottles.  What?! They offered a great deal and we each got three.

Now, living in San Francisco, I have access to some of the best wines in the world (Napa/Sonoma), so I was a little skeptical about how good this wine was going to be.  I bet you're curious too.  Well, Myra and I decided to try it out for you so you can decide whether or not to buy a bottle yourself.

*Hint: you should! Pinot Noir by Tituss Burgess

PS - Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt premieres tomorrow, Friday, April 15 2016.  And yes, I'll be popping open a bottle to watch a couple of episodes!
