I'm so happy that my friend Alex shared his family's favorite drink of choice for their family get togethers. It's a Whiskey Slush, what's not to like about it? Check out the video below to learn the story behind this surprisingly potent drink.
A great drink for the summer, or actually just about any occassion!
So I love cheesy/funny shows. I won't act like I only watch serious series (ha you like that alliteration?) like Breaking Bad, Dexter, Game of Thrones etc. I love the Mindy Project, Happy Endings (RIP), Parks & Rec and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.
My cousin Myra and I both are obsessed with the character, Titus Andromedon, who is Kimmy's fabulous roomie in NYC. His song, "Peeno Noir", became such a viral hit in 2015 that that Tituss Burgess decided to come out with his own line of Pinot Noir.
If you know my cousin and I, then you know that we just HAD to try it. Check out our video below!
Check out my latest video where Glenn teaches me how to make his version of Kinilaw that was inspired by Amy Besa & Romy Dorotan from Purple Yam!
Glenn hasn't always loved filipino food - I know crazy right? Thank goodness this talented chef met Amy Besa and fell back in love with his culture's cuisine. Check out the video above to learn about his story in Part 1 of his video series!
Check out my experience using a new app: QCutter to cut the lines at Off The Grid at Fort Mason in San Francisco. Our time is precious - why wait in line when you can spend more of your time eating and enjoying that experience instead?

My friend Kim is a renaissance woman: accomplished financier, world traveler, wood carver, and amazing chef. In this video, she tells me her story as to why she decided to start making her own tofu from scratch.
