CITY GUIDE EPISODE 2: BIRBA WINE BAR
I am proud to say I have finally visited @birbawinebar . I know I'm late to the game, but hey I made it bc Melissa Carpio (Director of Brand Marketing, @opticalunderground ) told me I had to visit!
Here is Melissa’s story as to why she loves @birbawinebar : This wine bar is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hayes Street on Gough. It’s quaint, the intimate interior is perfect for gatherings with friends or a 1st date. The food menu features small eats and charcuterie with a curated selection of wines (pass the bubbly and rose!) I first discovered it from an old coworker and have had my share of 1st dates there. The barkeep is friendly and has saved me on more than one occasion. It reminds me of the wine bar gems of Paris. I could spend all day there, reading a book, working and chatting with locals.
Back to my visit 😎 I ended up ordering from the @_intu_on_sf pop here and enjoyed a glass of sparkling rosé while I waited for my order. I totally could have stayed here the whole day too.
